Your Role:

• -Our team is in search of motivated "shark" money minded sales reps to take inbound telephone leads
• -Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
• -Must have the ability to overcome objections of potential clients
• -You’ll be qualifying and gathering pertinent information on the phone for Real Estate buyers and sellers, and adding leads to the sales funnel
• -All training and scripts are provided, however, candidates must already possess the foundational experience of a sales representative
• -You'll give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals

Compensation:

Junior Sales Executives: $40,000-$50,000 base salary per year PLUS commissions

Senior Sales Executives: $40,000-$60,000 base salary per year PLUS higher percentage commissions
