I'm a newbie from Miami and I would love to join you guys next weekend so count me in!

Hey everyone. I'm a 23 year old mother from Miami, Florida. I am interested in starting my real estate journey with wholesaling and I want to expand to rental properties and then to becoming a personal finance option for less fortunate families to be able to afford to purchase a home. I've been researching and reading books and stalking forums but I'm still unsure of where to start. Any help is appreciated! I'm also looking for a few veterans in the game that I can help out with deals so that in the process I can learn the ins and outs of the business. Feel free to add me as a colleague.
