I'm new to real estate investing. I'm currently reading up on wholesale investing. I live in Fort Worth TX and was wondering if there are any other wholesale investors in the area that wouldn't mind mentoring/partnering with me on a few deals so I can be hands on. I wouldn't mind working along with you (doing whatever you need me to do) so I can learn. I have my LLC in place (MINIDA) and ready to go. Welcome Donna, my suggestion is to do plenty of reading as you go. Invest in educating yourself so that you don't fall prey to the wolves. Do attend as many real estate groups that you can so that you may network with investors in your area. Have a great time and remember there is no such thing as a pink elephant. If the deal was that good then who ever was trying to sell it would have already done something with it! I wish you all the best!
