Maybe try Furnished Finder? They charge an annual fee, but there are no additional transaction fees.  They cater more to traveling professionals.  Good luck!

Amres appears to be highly rated, but their info did not come up while looking for a lender through Bigger Pockets.  I will check out the lenders referred to me  by PB, but is there any pros/cons to be looking for lenders outside of BP?   Anyone have experience/feedback with using Amres.com for rental property mortgage?

Thanks in advance for your insights!

Create any survey. In this case. A pre-qualification form. Super easy to build, very intuitive, has a free trial, and separates prospects easily. Awesome tool I use every day. I self manage my like 5 property portfolio.

follow this link and see my pre-qual.

Thanks for the tip on building own prequal screening.

Post: Locations Best to be AVOIDED for Investing?

I appreciate those who have shared locations/areas they are finding success in investing.  I am wondering what your thoughts are of areas to avoid?  For example, I have found some very affordably priced properties in NY (state), but after looking at the laws in that state, they have very linient tennant laws that can take several months plus an attorney to evict, therefore not only losing rent but costing to evict.  There may be other things I'm unaware of that come into play as well- taxes, liability laws, etc.

Thanks for any insight!!
