Thanks. Have used this in past. Housing Court judges in Mass are brutal. If tenant complained to judge in court there would be ******** from judge that I'm not interested in being part of. I believe new law is totally unconstitutional. Hoping some group would file suite to cure situation!

I have a duplex - tenants not paying rent - law says I can't evict tenants until state says I can! Confiscation of income/property with no right to resolve in court!

Make a detailed budget

Check on availability and cost of water and sewerage

Get a good real estate lawyer - you may need to mediate with both current and previous owners to acquire good title to the property

Act before the August Tax deadline
