Are there any mortgage brokers out there that can pare me up with one of your private lenders to purchase & rehab junkers - both for flipping & for holding/refinance?

Also, any mortgage brokers proficient in making a 203K fix up loan or a US Rural Housing loan (purchasing land & building new) proceed smoothly for my clients?

Most of these properties would be in Western MA. - Hampden, Hampshire & Franklin Counties.
