you have to really check references, and credit scores, and late fees for paying late. Collect first and last months rent up front and one month security deposit

I purchased homes in Deltona, Debery, winter Springs and Apopka. Would like to try wholesaling For a while. I need to study it further and make sure I have everything in order, Buyers and sellers list and agreements to cover each, I have two companies to work under one is incorporated and the other is a LLC
