Hey REI Family, I am in the Milwaukee market and have been an investor & wholesaler for almost 3 years now and have been doing pretty good ive done around 15 assignments 2 flips and have 2 rentals, but there's always room for more especially when you love this business ups & downs.
The reason for this post is to set up a network for my big move at the end of the year to Charlotte NC. If you're in the area or surrounding and want to build or just have any advice for a new investor in your market let's link up. I plan to hit the ground running but can't do it alone.
