@Theresa Walters I am starting my investment search with multi-family properties. Staying in the four-unit max to qualify for FHA or Conventional mortgage in King and Snohomish counties. My goal is to house hack the property to save money for future investment and growing my business. I chose these counties because I currently live in King and have family in Snohomish county.
