Can't be done. Won't be done.
If it could then the same would have been done for the stock market. Companies have spent hundreds of millions into R&D trying to develop this and still no where close to it. Too many unpredictable factors. Zillow's zestimate takes into account data history of comps and factors of each property but those are finite categories, a local agent working in the same area for 20 years is a far more capable entity of valuing a homes worth.
Many have tried and failed, enter Zillow. Their 'zestimates' is a joke in the industry, responsible for many memes!
Best home pricing model is a local agent. No machine algorithm will be able to beat an agent with their finger on the pulse of their area.

Simple you contact a local agent on the ground. There's an app for that!

I think the awareness it's getting is good for hygiene, people should be doing this during regular flu seasons anyway such as not going to work or riding public transport sick, sneezing/coughing into their elbow etc.
Regards to the impact its all media hype, flu kills tonnes more people. The hype will die down in 1-3 months.

Hi James, whilst I'm the biggest fan of real estate agents & I totally believe in your value you bring to the process, I'm actually looking for perspectives from the purchasers. More of an emotional tied question I guess ;)

Hey everyone, looking for people who have purchased in Glendale, CA.
I'm considering an investment property and have a few questions.
Anyone here purchased in Glendale & would be happy to answer a few questions?
Thanks in advance!
I wouldn't put much stock into anything coming from Zillow estimates. Nothing can estimate better than a local agent.
Ah I see, good! I just cringed when I saw the list of issues and thought you acted alone. I'm glad you had an agent involved. If that's the case then I'm sure with the price reduction, original amount offered etc it was correct for the purchase despite the issues and you should do just fine then. Good luck with it all!
Hi Andrew! Good luck with everything!
Any particular reason you didn't engage an agent to act on your behalf? You mentioned due diligence, IMO it's always best that this is carried out by someone who has bought +100 properties. BTW I'm not an agent.
