DO you have partners? or any other businesses? I think if it is just you then you should just get the Limited liability and you are the owner and manager.

Legal zoom can set you up and they take payments monthly for three month about 220 a month if cash is an issue. But if you have an ATT. you should still have him set it up in Utah as it is the least expensive state to set up an LLC. Not so easy to be found by angry tenants at 3 am lol. You will understand as you grow with properties.

Do you have an LLC? If not you might want to consider one in the near future
