@Adam Hobson Do you do any Multi Family properties? I have been looking for apartments in the Birmingham area for a while! I could also use a reliable boots on the ground for projects. Hope to hear from you!

Anyone know of any good property managers/ contractors in the area for a 32 unit apartment building? Unfamiliar with the area but may be putting in an offer soon and looking to build a team!

@Robert Duffer I am in Washington too! I also invest in Birmingham in the Multi family space. I like Birmingham better than Huntsville right now because its predictable and a cheaper price point. Thats just my opinion! Hope we can connect sometime!

@Miranda McKenzie I am in a different space within Birmingham. I focus on multi family deals but I actually like pockets of the west end of Birmingham for Class C properties with value add opportunity. It is highly dependent on neighborhood and even street. Let me know if I can help in anyway.

To your success!

Thanks @Matt Wills and @Mauricio Rauld. I thought I might be ok, and I will definitely pay for competent legal advice when I am ready, just thought I would get a few thoughts on this subject for smaller deals (10-30 units) when I just need a little bit of capital to get the deal done.

@Shamit S. Yes but the market is getting very competitive with low inventory.
