@Jay Hinrichs Joker brokers are annoying however what we struggle with is keeping the servicers in line with their accounting costs. Most times we are having to do double work just to check simple things.

@Peter Wachira higher rates makes it easier to sell. For an investor, like ourselves, one of our pillars is buying on yield. So to getting double digit return is attractive.

@Felipe Acosta welcome to note investing. There are a ton of ways to jump in. We have been in the space for 10+ years. I recommend jumping into different social groups, attending conferences, check out YouTube for videos, and connecting with others in the space. You can do training programs however you should get to know who the person is prior to picking their program.

Nathan Turner and I recently ran a FB Live with a brand new note investor within our group. We learned many of the different struggles many new note investors have with getting started and paralysis of Analysis.

What we realized was the process is often either confusing or unclear. I was wondering what other struggles others may have.

Currently, I am seeking to purchase a few small partials for our IRAs.

@Herbert Lewis we started out as a landlord and in 2010 switched over to note investing. There are a ton of great books and trainings out there. Depending in the cost level and what your looking to learn. We have a beginners video series if interested as well as a ton of recorded webinars(youtube), resources and tools if interested. Best way others learn is networking and asking questions.
