Anybody here hold a 2nd shift job, like myself, and invest in real estate? I was wondering if you see it as a disadvantage since you would not be available in the late afternoon/night? Or if it's looked at as an advantage since you can be available mornings/early afternoon?

Just curious on what tools, strategies, etc. you guys use to find multi family homes worth pursuing? (Duplex, Triplex, and Quads)
