yes I have 5,000 for reserves do you think that will be enough? I also have a day job bringing in about 3300 a month with only about 1000 in expenses each month

I want to get a loan and purchase a duplex to live in one side and rent the other.

I am ready to go to get my first loan. Are there any tips on which kind of bank i should use or who i even need to speak to at the bank.. sorry im super new

Ok so I'm a first time buyer I have done my research and I'm comfortable running numbers to make sure I get a good deal... I'm going to the bank next week to get pre approved for a loan. dose anyone have any tips or question i should ask while I am there?

Hi my name is Drew Richardson I am in the Kansas city area. I have been researching real estate for a while now and I'm finally ready to buy my first property!
