Hi All:

I'm looking to network with other investors, wholesalers, RE agents in the Boca Raton area.

I'm a REI moving to this area soon.

Any recommendation on what neighborhoods I should be looking for my primary residence is also something I'm interested in.

Prospect list is too small.  Don't be surprised if you get 0 response.  

Does this happen every Wed?  I'm considering driving 3 hours to attend this.  Don't want to drive all that way and no one show up.

Couple of questions:

1. What phone system software do you use to take inbound phone calls from sellers?

2. What answering service do you use to take phone calls?  Fees?

3. Do you have a script I can use when seller's call?

4. I'd really appreciate you providing me a link to contract templates for Wholesaling. Where do I find example contracts?

I recognize that I'm asking a bunch of questions.  If you just feel like answering 1 of these questions, I'd really appreciate it!
