I am breaking into wholesaling.   I want to automate the outbound cold calling to property owners.  What software(s) should I consider using?  What's their cost?  How do you leverage these tools for max results?  How do you get SkipTrace data integrated with this software?

@Ehsan Rishat  You mentioned you follow up via text and phone call.  If the seller did not opt in to your website, how do you call or text them?  Are you using some kind of reverse look up service to get their mobile #?  Or do you mean you only follow up via phone/text of those that have opted into to your website?
