Hello BP Community,
I'm a new investor focused on doing lease options. I'd really like to connect with landlords that would like to sell and management companies that are looking for tenant/buyers. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance

Hello fellow warriors,
Want to make some easy cash? You wholesalers that are killing it, can't work every lead you get (doesn't match the criteria of your buyer, doesn't have enough equity, won't accept your low ball offer, etc.). Instead of throwing those leads away, why not let me turn them into cash for you? I'm focused on doing lease options and want to partner with as many wholesalers as I can. Any lead you send me that I put a tenant/buyer in, I'll put $500 in your pocket, you don't have to do anything! I'm looking for pretty homes in nice areas, 3/2 and above in need of little or no repair. Let's make each other's pockets bigger!!!

Hi Katherine,
I'm a new investor focused on lease options. I want to form relationships with property management companies with the objective of finding tenant/buyers for your rent to own properties. Please message me if you feel we could have a workable relationship.
Thanks

Hi Jason,
I'm looking to lease option SFH's, 3/2 and above in good condition in nice areas nationally. I have a special place in my heart for Ohio as I lived in a rent to own home in Cuyahoga Falls for 2 years. Lease options can have up to three profit centers: EMD, rent spread and sales price. I could find tenant/buyers for your properties or we could partner on some deals. Thoughts?

Hi Alex,
I'm a new investor that is focusing on lease option wholesaling with the goal to buy and hold properties in the future. You strike me as an individual I could learn a lot from, and to whom I may be able to be a resource for at some point. Would you like to connect and keep in touch?
