The thing is that the company found the property for me and made all the hard work.

Moreover, the company operates just in Orlando.

So I am wondering what can I do in case I find a good deal in BP in another city?

How can I start if I live in another country? 

With whom should I talk? 

Can I refinance my current property in the US even though I don't live there?
