Hi My name is Devon i just recently moved to the Tampa Bay area of Florida.

Wondering is there a specific investing model that a newbie could get started out with here.

Also wondering if any investor from the area would mind coaching me or partnering up .

How do you guys find deals here . Back home in Lima Ohio there was a lot of vacant properties expired listings and a ton of tired landlords to work with it seems like those are not the way to go here in this area

I just recently moved to largo Florida looking to start a life here and want to start it out by entering the real estate market investing with lease options and sub to transactions also looking to get a real estate license here would love to network and connect with like minded investors

I'm new to the real estate business I would of loved to meet up also but I'm stuck at my day job till 12 am tonight
