I am in a unique situation. Lenders are scare to give 100% because I have only done flip and hold at smaller amounts. I want bigger time with big results. Purchase $430K - Rehab $200K. Lake front home to sell at $1,000,000 to 1,200,000. Instead of a percentage to finance...what if it was a partnership and I ran the deal and split like 70/30? Not sure if anyone has ideas on who to look up for this. Let me know thoughts.

I have never looked for lending this way, but I have a property that I want to buy ASAP the is on the lake. Lake homes are about $900,000 to 5,000,000 on the lake. This home is distressed and listed at $419,000. If I can get for $450,000 and put in $50K to $100K I could refinance, sell, would like to use as Short Term Rental. Any way to help me get in the game on this would be GREAT!

What is the price for that? I was thinking on how we are trying to buy rentals under the LLC as well.
