I fund back-to-backs for prolific short sale clients who use the revocable living trusts. The process is generally what Robert Brew and Mr. Vigil stated above. I just funded a transactional funding back-to-back last week and it was from BofA with 3/15/11 short approval.

It had no line 10 restriction.

Sign of the times? Hope so...
