Elizabeth, you are in hottest place for this business, find another women there who working and talk to them. Go in Facebook and find this group "Women Real Estate Investors". There a lots of women from TX posting examples and stories and it's very helpful conversations!

Thank you, guys for your opinions!Maybe you are right,but here in Illinois is more expensive and the taxes are very high, that's why i think as new in this business is very risky to buy something here and put a lots of money and work and than I can't sale it. This is my worries!

Hello, everyone! I am so confused about the area where to start with flipping houses! I am in Chicago and here definitely is not the right place. Where is a good area to start this? I want to be sure there no risk to do something and can't sale it later. Which areas are hottest in this time?

Hi,Travis! I am feeling pretty bad after i read your post. I really want to fix& flip houses, i am so ready,but i don't have any capital to start with. That's why i start to think,how to do some wholesale for profit and then i can start fix&flip a house. You are right, this job looks so lazy! I agree with you! And i am feeling bad because i am a hard-working woman, i love to work. Any idea how i can  start to do this business? I love to do this really!
