Hello, everyone! I am so confused about the area where to start with flipping houses! I am in Chicago and here definitely is not the right place. Where is a good area to start this? I want to be sure there no risk to do something and can't sale it later. Which areas are hottest in this time?

@Dushana Ejova Curious why you don't think you can't flip houses in Chicago? Also, there's no such thing as a flip with no risk, there's always going to be risk. You do your due diligence, know what problems you'll encounter, and know how to correct them.
