Hi all,

My wife and I recently purchased a SFH in El Paso Texas that includes a detached unit in the back. The goal is to renovate both the back apartment and the main home for rentals and repeat the process. I'd love to join any REI meetups that exist in El Paso to network! If any exist please let me know. Thank you!

Hi all, 

It looks like I'm a few years behind in this post but wondered if anyone had found a lender that would offer other multifamily physician loan options. I will be entering residency in July and my wife and I hope to purchase a multifamily property or single-family home that we can house hack or BRRR. Thanks!
