Irette, glad to hear about your opportunity in Philly, but sorry to see you go. When you get settled in in PA, be sure to join one of your local real estate clubs, get involved and stay connected. Best of luck!

William, AC is right. The best thing you can do it get involved with a local real estate club to meet new friends, buyers, sellers, service providers, educators and mentors. AtlantaREIA.com is a great place to start.

Ray, are you familiar with Larry Harbolt's Monday Investor Meeting in St Pete? It meets every Monday at the Hibatchi Buffet at 7610 49th St N in Pinellas Park, FL at 7PM. There are usually a few contractors there at the meeting and if not, the group can definitely refer you to several reputable contractors they have used. Hope this helps.

Ditto to what Curt said. Check with other investors at your local REIA groups who buy in those areas and get their opinions.

Also, if you plan to invest there, keep your risk low until you get comfortable buying and selling there again.

Ebony, a great place to look for a mentor is at your local real estate clubs. You will also learn how to get started investing with little or no cash or credit. Your local clubs are also a great place to network and swap deals.

I highly recommend getting your truck wrapped if you are able.

I've gotten a ton of leads and deals from my trucks over the years.

Here's a picture. Good luck to you!
