Quote from @Matthew Crivelli:
It's hard to find exactly what you want sometimes. I'm almost positive if a bank lends on a property that is 25k they always charge high interest. It's the only way they can justify taking the time to deal with such little amounts.
That being said, there are DSCR loans that are available for properties under 100k but again the rates will be really high. Maybe not 20k low but 50k+ is around.
Wells fargo quoted 6.5% on $75,000 so yes i think you are right

Can anybody recommend Rent to Retirement from personal experience? Looking into one of their new builds in Florida but I am open to anywhere. I have a high demand high income W2 job which wont allow me to invest full time. Has this strategy worked for you?
Located in DC, looking to invest elsewhere

Title says it all. Who should I check with in MD, specifically in and around Allegany county? I know Wells Fargo lends down to $20k but their rates are also much higher than most banks. I am a member at PenFed and have an auto loan refi with them
