@Sanjeev Advani we will be in touch for sure, so happy to see you here! @Gene Hacker and @Isaiah Acosta I just found out I have another event I must be at (moms retirement dinner) so I’ll miss the meeting this month. I learned a ton last month and will be at the next one in December!

Hello BP, my name is Dylan and my wife and I are in the learning and prep process for real estate investing. We are located in Bakersfield, CA and have a goal to create passive income in addition to our full-time jobs. We are targeting our local market in the Central Valley as well as some other markets in the Southeast US. We currently own two rentals, one condo and one sfr, and they are both giving a small amount of cash flow. We have already learned so much about real estate and look forward to meeting and hopefully working with some of you in the future!
