Hi everyone,

This is my first post on BP I'm a college student located in the Indianapolis area and have been looking forward to graduation for the past four years for mainly one reason...

so I could invest in real estate!! 

I've read a lot of books & listened to BP for the past few years to learn but application is always different theory so I've been studying but now it's time to actually implement and learn how everything really works. Any agent recommendations would be appreciated!
