I am diving into Real Estate Full time for the first time and it's definitely a passion for sure. I've been in contact with some powerful investors and want to make best with the opportunity as a broker. Just wanting to get the specifics of how to efficiently break down repair estimates and what specifically investors want to look for other than the basic ARV and common Investing knowledge everyone passes around that can help me stand out.
