why are you wanting to buy and where

we buy any thing as long as the price is rite were out to make a profit 

what i seen in ur posts theres to much money an time involved in the deal n you wont get ur money back so i would walk away

i want no how to go about getting probates in indiana and if it be worth working on them

id take a walk on this 1 you will never get your money back on that let it go to auction the owner mite not like it but it be better on you some body mite get it less than what they want they owe to much some buddy is going to take a hit let it be the bank the owner is allready in trouble dont waste ur time 

the only way ur going to delay an auction is if you can pay up the amount owed 

if its still a bank loan and you have no cash i wouldnt do any thing with cash talks n if theres no equity in its a loss cause

if you can make up the payments on the house nothing will happen then they will and have to take it off the list
