yes your better off going to zillow  or trulya than the hud  foreclsure zillow is free 

call hud and make sure that make up an agreement about if any thing does happen hes on that fine line about having to leave or all

the bad thing with this hes got the rite to be with family but if he does do any thing you have to give them 30 days then you make them but if they wernt married i wouldnt let him in 

you have the rite to no let him cause of criminal charges it mite have been a yr but some times they do it again 1 time a crook all the time most dont change or make an agreement that if does do any thing in writing to cover you that he can move in being married hes got the rite to be with her untill some thing happens

i went to fb tuesday and they said i could pay for it saturday cause i didnt have the money that day but ill get all the benifits that the people got tuesday and the 25k is if you want more coaching but not nesesary the class was 1197. but they took 1000. off no 1 else has done that ive been to a lot of the events and there the only 1 give you a chance have never been that cheap all of them have been 1000   to 3000 n no less
