@Account Closed well that's the thing, the HML knows my purpose. It's the end bank that I'm worried about, which is why I was wondering if I could purchase the property under my personal name in order to have access to residential loans AND my LLC in order to have access to commercial loans in case residential doenst work out.

I feel like a quit claim deed would be easier to pull off than a Transfer from LLC to personal and vice versa.

Question #2,

am I allowed to enter into a contract for a 3 unit property in my own personal name and my (solely owned) LLC?

Reason being I am currently purchasing with a HML and would like to refinance In 6 months. I would preferably want to have a 30 year conventional loan so my plan was to quit claim deed the LLC at the refinance closing. However I also want to protect myself in case I cannot get conventional lending, and be able to quit claim deed at closing into solely my LLC to get a commercial loan.

is this allowed?

Hi All,

Just a quick question. So I understand you can only have up to 10 personal mortgages in your own personal name. However, I was wondering if opening an LLC (sole owner) will allow me to gain even more conventional mortgages?

Thanks!

I accept money order, check, ACH, venmo, and paypal

Since all my tenants are students they actually prefer venmo

@Olivier Mader

I plan on doing the "youtube" grade work myself like doing floors, painting, kitchen furnishings, fixing walls/ceilings, etc.

I will leave code compliant things to the professionals like HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

Its a lot more work but I save a lot of money and get to learn a lot as well :)

Along with everyone else, I'm going to play a hard#ss but you need to scour the web to research these yourself before going straight into such simple questions..I definitely do not think you are ready for this type of deal. Google is an amazing tool and you would find better answers from that.

emotions go both ways. I say I'm the owner as well and when I introduce myself to my tenants they seem to like me cause I'm young and understanding so they usually take that into account and try not to bust up my places :P
