Looking to do a quick job and change floors in a multi, thought about pulling up old linoleum in bathroom and kitchen and wanted to put tiles down but looking for something relatively easy and cost effective.  Any bad or good experiences with this type of tile or re-flooring process?  Has anyone ever put these down over an existing floor such as prior tiles that are scratched or stained from past use.

I was looking into Cibilo/Schertz areas.  @David Ferrette will likely know more of new development in that area.

Just really became interested in real estate early last year and moved out of my primary and turned it into a rental in Oct 16' and since have acquired a new primary that will soon be a rental, fourplex and currently closing on a small home in Blanco, TX near downtown and the river that we are considering turning into an airbnb place.  

The extra income from AirBnB that we've made so far has been used for adding beds to the home so we can accommodate more people and making a couple improvements to that home.  We have only been doing it a few months but it's been doing great.  We were hesitant to let people come in but then again we use this site everywhere we travel and enjoy the experiences much more than say a Hampton Inn or some other random hotel.

My wife and I do the same thing with our house that is just outside of Austin and close to wedding venues, the river and so forth.  It has worked great and gives us a reason to take more weekend trips!

We had a group posting going but needed to move to the correct area of the BiggerPockets website.  I have several people's numbers that I will use to start a group text a couple of days before the meet up.  There has been new people at every meeting and we would like to continue growing it.  It's been great to talk about what others have been doing and hear some their success stories, looking forward to continuing this group on a consistent schedule going forward.

Meetings will be held at 6:30 on the first and third Thursday's of the month at a local place in downtown Buda (typically Nates, Brooklyn's or Willies Joint).

Glad to see some people getting excited about this group!  Last week we had @Mary T. and @Joe Howes come out for their first meeting.  I will send around a group text to everyone a couple of days before the next meetup (6/15, Nates in Buda).
