Im just thinking here :roll: . What happens if the seller wants a actual inspection report of the property showing just cause for the termination of contract? I was wandering about this.

I say "ok Mr Smith at this time i am going to exercise my right to back out of this deal due to inspection reasonings". And move to the next one.

What is your input on this?

Thats sounds good.. I just wanted to get a idea of what the inspection clause should say.

Hello all, i am new to this forum, as well as wholesaling. I have looked through a good amount of great info on this site, and have to say i am glad there is a site like this with experienced investors who share their experiences and guidence with everyone. :D . I did have a question to ask anyone who will be willing to help me .
What inspection clause has worked for you?
What exactly does it say?
I am looking for something that is simple to understand, but firm.
I have the contracts in hand and i am ready to make that crucial step towards contracting a deal. I just want to CMA. :mrgreen: . I have everything else in the contract except that.
