I'm going to be more active now that I am licensed. Nearly all my income from being an agent will be invested. So it sounds like I need two LLCs. One REI and one for agent.

I'm an agent and an investor and I have a daytime job. I was thinking about doing all of my real estate work under an LLC. I would like to start a discussion about this strategy and any other related topics.

@Todd Rosenthal, I'm in Fort Worth and I'm currently seeking a partner or partners to work with. I have two rental properties, but I would like to wholesale some properties and do some flips to get some cash built up for long term investing.

Our tenants of 2 & 1/2 years have asked if they could break their lease. They said due to a job loss they can no longer afford the rent. They have been excellent tenants. The wife says her aunt and uncle would like to lease the home for the remainder of the two year lease which is another year and a half. How would you handle this situation?

I'm thinking of becoming a licensed agent. I'm looking for investors who have done this and I'm wondering if it was worth it to them.

Thanks!

@Jon Klaus where do you typically look for your deals? Are they HUD homes?

Thanks!

Howdy! I can tell already the addictive potential is there!

I'm looking to buy SFR for now and then MF shortly.

Hello y'all!

I'm a newer investor with one buy and hold property. I want to continue to grow my knowledge and skills in hopes to retire early. I have read several books over the past couple of months. The most recent was "Are your dumb enough to be rich?" I really liked it.

My current goals are to purchase one to two properties per year.

I'm looking forward to making some connections on BP! My next step is to find a group. Are there groups meeting monthly?

Thanks!

Earnie
