I'm about to do a 1031 exchange.  You have 180 days to close on your next investment, but must identify your next investment within 45 days from the closing date of your initial investment.  Gotta hustle if you want to do a 1031...  Good luck!

I agree @Scott Trench!  I own two properties in Denver and am selling one of them at the end of the summer and possibly the other property shortly thereafter.
