I have a rental property. I’m looking to partways with it and sell for a smart price. Sadly, it’s sat on the market too long and I’m looking to get creative with bringing the attention of many buyers looking for a good deal on a property (online auction or something else with tons of attention??)

Looking through some old posts and read this one to find kind of open ended… If not too much trouble, curious how it worked out for you… Were you able to get a lender that loaned you without a W-2?

Reading through some old posts and I saw that you mentioned verify judicial or nonjudicial in regards to foreclosures in the state. Doing my research and I’m curious to know why that is a factor. Could you please explain a little more when get a chance?
