my major concern is all the snow they get upstate, is there a local prop. mngmt. company that takes care of that ?i know they take care of the house but do they shovel snow and cut grass to, or is that something totally different ???

yea, well im not out of state, but im also not that close im in NYC, and i hear ya about how buffalo is different from street to street. i come upstate from time to time i have fam. in Killbuck about an hour from buffalo. i almost couldnt believe how cheap properties are there. i will def. looking more into this and maybe we can eventually work together and you can help me acquire my first rental.

my girlfriend has a school loan in which the payments have been deferred. do they (banks) give personal loans were you can defer payment ?

i know its not the ideal situation but is it possible to put 20% down on a credit card ? im not talking about a 200k house, maybe just a 35k-50k house.
