Lutz is a gr8 place to look into,rents are solid from my experience.Turnkey 240-250k, rent for about $2,300.00.Brand new townhouse.I am into buy and hold.

Thanks 4 staying in touch.Potential employee,s attitude and expectation has been negatively modified and impacted by technology to some degree in my own experience,false sense of pride and unrealistic expectation.

The property will cash flow beautifully @ $4,500 per month with a five years lease if the business is sold.No mortgage on this property...just needing a different lifestyle.

Do you mind sharing your broker/agent info? Having difficulties with selling mine.
