I think my plan is very simple and I'm getting a good deal from my partners and with the purchase. This is why my hurry. Summarizing, 3 people want to invest in a deal that I found a few weeks ago. I've already given them my business plan, and they are very interested with it. This is a multi-family residential that wants to buy a mortgage. Lenders are asking for a 25% downpayment which is going to come from my investors or partners. To make an official offer I need a pre-approval from my lender and they are requiring to see the downpayment. My investors agreed to receive monthly interest payments every month for their investment, and they will let me run and manage the business.

You guys gave me a very good information and it is a good point of reference to start interviewing with RE lawyers. If you have any other advice please let me know. Thank you again!!!

I have a pair of investors who want to invest in Real Estate in Houston, Texas with me. As far as I know, I need to create a Corporation which is going to receive the money from my investor, but it has to be dependable for them as well. In other words, the investor has to feel that their investment is safe and under their control. I'm in a hurry, so I need to talk with an expert. What kind of expert or professional should I be looking for?
