@Johann,  Well Im here to give a good advise I been a GC for 11 years and Investor for 2 years also, I have Hundreds of houses on my portafolio. I dont know your experience but if you dont have a picture on your profile that means a lot for me.

If laminate work for you,  good for you, It will never be the same engineering floors than laminate. but If you drive a 14 years old caravan well maybe you like old and cheap repairs.

I just talk with other broker but looks like maybe a commercial loan it would be better and easy maybe like 5 or 6 rentals. what is your opinion on that? and probably Tacoma ,burien or north everette?

Yes Renton should be ok I do live in Kirkland because the school district for soon who is in HS  but he is senior so now I can look a little bit south. My older son is know 3 year at UW so I think is time for me to get some cash flow. before is to late :) iam a 45 yo man so Invest 10X Right guys !
