This question is for both investors and realtors. I have buyer clients (I am a realtor) who have low credit and are wanting to look into the rent-to-own option. Does anyone have any advice, experience, or know of a good company that does rent-to-own?

Any help would be appreciated!

Good evening BP! I have two tickets for sale for the fortune builders 3-day workshop to take place in Dallas during Sept. 22-24. Erica Villarreal Hi Erica, I recently attended a convention with DFW Investors in Addison. Pretty large group, good speakers and free food. It was my first meeting and was able to meet a couple of investors. Plan on meeting more next month. I believe it's every month around the 13th. You can check their website to verify.

Good morning BP! I am new to the investing community, and haven't done any deals yet but have been doing tons of research since graduating from college in May. Going to get my license before the end of the year and would like to get started in investing with my business partner as soon as possible. I currently have a full time job that's honestly not very demanding, but it pays the bills and would like to start investing and get to the point where I can do this full-time. I'd love to meet with any new or experienced investors in the DFW area who can help with any advice and who would be willing to work together and make some deals happen.
