Wow lots of great information here. Thank you @Mike R. and @Lauren Yiu for sharing your stories. I am here right now and came up with the same idea/caught big bear fever this time here. Looking around Moonridge. I would love to speak to either of you about your experience if you have time. Thanks in advance!

Post: Real Estate agent fees

I am new to selling. I have bought a few, but now I am looking at selling from one market to buy in another using 1031 as I have grown some equity and can see a higher return in another market. My question is about agent fees as they take a lot of the interest in salling out as the equity is really reduced. Fees are at 5% which I am sure is normal. Does anyone have any experience in selling without an agent or in negotiating fees? Thanks for the help. Edd
