My name is Edward Nelson. I recently moved out a rental that I was paying $1,000/mo and moved back home with my parents for 1 year and 1 year only. Im using this time to pay off $16,000 in student loans and to educate my self on real estate investing. Just like many of us I have spent countless hours on youtube, reading books, analyzing deals, ect. If anyone is in the area that would like to network and share experiences, please reach out. I recently finished the Arkansas Real Estate Sales Person course and will be taking my exam in the next few weeks. I have one goal and that’s to eat, breathe, and live real estate!
