thank you @Donald Capwell . Yes it is long distance investing. I don't have anyone there but I am planing to move to south in near future.

I am first time investor and lookin to invest in multi family properties in Houston, TX, AZ, FL for income and also for long term and growth. 

My goal is to invest this year in triplex or quad.
