How many of your have read the "Ultimate Beginners Guide to REI" in the Free How To Guides on BP? I'm currently reading another book called "The Book on Flipping Houses" by Jason Scott. Jason Scott was on BP's podcast and he intrigued me with his insights so I picked his book up. Although his book is for the beginner "flipper", part of me still thinks I should get through the Guide first.
Thoughts? Suggestions? Recommendations?

Hi everyone,
I'd like to introduce myself; my name is Eldin Kalic. I reside in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, which is approximately 45-60 minutes north of Philadelphia. I am new to the BiggerPockets webpage, blog, forums, etc; however I have been actively listening to the BiggerPockets podcast for a couple of weeks now.
I figured it was overdue for me to create an account and engage in the conversations within this forum. From the Podcast alone, I can tell that there is a surplus of valuable information here and i'd love to immerse myself in it and eventually contribute to it.
