Hey Everyone!

I have an investor ready to buy 20 properties (Georgia) but will only move forward if it’s coming from the same owner.

What’s some good website to possibly find portfolios for sale. I check LoopNet. Need new suggestions.

Thanks for any advice giving!

@Dominick Constanza

Yes, my system is cheaper than transitional management.

Working with contractors in different regions has not been difficult at all. A lot of my have preferred contractors that I coordinated with. I talked to all the contractors on a regular basis which allows me build great working relationships with them.

All contractors must provide before pictures when submitting bids. After approval, the contractor send after pictures we contact the tenant to confirm repairs complete.

We use a phone app to track our contractors.

Hi, yes I did start my virtual property management company. It has been very successful with out of state properties.  With those accounts, I handle all administration duties, resident management, process work orders, and coordinate maintenace scheduling.

Hey BP Members!!

I own a Real Estate Management Outsource Company. Whether you're a property management company or investors my company goal is to help you grow your portfolio. We specialize in Resident Management, Maintenance Coordination, and Turnkey Management.

I do not use a set price because each case is different. I think it takes away from the concept of helping our clients grow a stronger portfolio. However, I will not take on a client if we cannot come to a fair agreement.

Any advice on how I can reach more prospective clients? My team currently manage 140 units with no marketing of our services. We have a website but that's about it.

Your feedback is greatly appreciate!

Hello Everyone,

I would like for you to know that I decided to move forward and start my company.  For the last two months,  I turned a random thought into a career path.  Your feedback is greatly appreciated.   I really love the feedback that challenge my idea. Thank you to those that inbox me encouraging words.

I currently service 2 property management companies handling their resident coordination. Believe me when I say I'm loving every bit of it.

This past Friday marks the end of training for my two assistants who will be vital as I begin to take on more clients.  I know my hardwork,  dedication, and love for helping others will make my company successful. Wish me luck!! Thank you again.

Happy Holidays,

Elicia Boyd

I definitely agree with you. This site is loaded with information and people that love to share their knowledge. I was able to take my dream of being a Property Manager and turn it into reality from networking on this site.

I know of one company that provides this service, she spoke at my local REIA and is also promoted by Mr. Landlord. Her name is Linda Liberatore, if you google you'll find all kinds of info about her and her company.

Thank you so much! I appreciate you taking the time out to provide me information that I will put to use.

I have a 9-5 and it would be nice to have someone handle scheduling repairs. I communicate with my tenants so it is not too intrusive but sometimes I can get fed up. Also, would be nice to have someone handle deliveries of supplies.

I definitely understand your issue. I feel the service I provide would be idea for someone in your position. Providing excellent customer service to tenants is a focus priority for my company. Feel free to send me a message if you want to continue this conversation. Thank you for your feedback! I really appreciate it.
