How 2 Find Investors Selling A Residential Portfolios

Hey Everyone!

I have an investor ready to buy 20 properties (Georgia) but will only move forward if it’s coming from the same owner.

What’s some good website to possibly find portfolios for sale. I check LoopNet. Need new suggestions.

Zillow has a keyword search feature. Using the word Portfolio it will show all listings with the word "portfolio" in them. Some are for sellers with a portfolio of properties to sell. Others say things like a "a great property to add to your portfolio"
