Jessica A. Smith He is not looking for leads on properties. He has a website generating the leads and he is looking for partners to help offload those leads.

Thanks @Jerry W. That's a great tip.

Also I'd like to apologize to all for posting my above opinion in this forum. It was not the correct place to do so.

Glenn Mayo When I am researching an off market deal or from a wholesaler I pay my real estate agent a small fee to pull comps for me so that I don't feel like I am wasting his time. He doesn't have any involvement in the deal beyond that and he fully happy making a few bucks for pulling a few comps.

Hi all- What is the best resource for finding accurate comps if I don't have access to the MLS? Thanks in advance.

Charlotte Moore I know this is a real estate forum, and I sincerely respect all people and their opinions, but since it was brought up, I don't understand why (usually) liberals feel the need to actively diversify the workforce. Let all apply, and let the best talent win (usually females). Who cares if it's all male or all female, all white or all black? Why do we pigeonhole people into categories when all people are created equal and equally special? I'm personally colorblind when it comes to issues like these. There's no place for racism or the like in a humane society. That being said, I love all of you here on BP whatever your opinions may be and GO MAKE MONEY which is why we're on this site!

Mindy Jensen Can you make a feature to "star", "save" or otherwise "favorite" forum posts (and blog posts). Many times many interesting discussions get lost in the dustbin and it is very hard to relocate information that was found to be very valuable to you. Thanks for the great work! (This suggestion will only make it better).

@Leslie Pappas We're here to encourage each other. Those "big guys" were once a small schnook just like me and other startup investors (and you once were). Even Donald Trump once did his first deal believe it or not.

Way to go Ryan. I can't believe people on this forum are actually recommending fraud. Stay away. Not only is it wrong (at least from my personal and religious perspective) it will eventually land you in hot water. Stay within what's legal, keep on learning, stay motivated and you will be wildly successful.
